The Luxury Home Experts

I recently sold my property using Platinum Real Estate with Denise and Mark Zervos and was overly impressed with this dynamic team. Denise was so professional it made the process very smooth and stress-free for the seller. She took the time to prepare the house for listing in advance and didn't just list the house like any other Realtor® would do. Once a few small updates were completed, the house was listed and literally within 48 hours, we had multiple offers on the property. As a seller, I've not come across this before, and I can attest that if you are in the market for a good strong Realtor, I would highly recommend the Zervos Team, as in the e...

Denise helped us sell our house quickly when my husband took a job out of town. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and offered a superior level of service to get our house sold. Because we had to buy and sell a home in a very small time frame, Denise made this stressful process seamless and took the stress off of us so we could focus on packing and relocating. By the time the process was done, she had matched us with the perfect house for us, while simultaneously finding happy buyers for our old house. I remember thinking to myself at the end of the process, "Wow, that was it?", as the whole process was over before I knew it. I would hi...

My husband and I worked with Denise on two searches over the course of two years both to find a home to rent and also looking for a home to purchase and were extremely pleased with all of her help. Denise was really such a great advocate for us and our needs and always worked to keep in mind our unique needs as a family. We always felt that extra comfort as we made decisions because we knew we had a great safety net with Denise looking out for our best interests. She was patient as our needs for a home changed over time and always had great advice and suggestions based on those changes. I highly recommend her as an agent and am certain that anyone w...

Denise and her team at Platinum Realty are nothing but polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me sell my home in Willowick and buy a bank-owned home in Eastlake. I had never bought a bank-owned home before and had no idea what I was in store for. Denise helped me through the whole process and took the time to answer the many questions and concerns I had. Denise and her team helped me to sell my house in less than a month and made the whole process seem effortless. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I would highly recommend Denise and her team. You will not be disappointed.

Denise worked with us on selling our Condo and purchasing a house in Mentor, Ohio. Denise knew we needed to sell our condo first prior to looking and made sure she posted our condo on multiple sites and allowed us to have open houses when we wanted them. After a couple of months, our condo sold and Denise helped us find our dream home that my family loves. Denise was always available to answer questions and made the transition for us from the condo to the new home stress-free. If you are looking to sell or purchase property, I highly suggest Denise and her team.

Lee was everything you could ever ask for in a Realtor®. Patient, understanding, trustworthy, and immensely knowledgeable. I'd heard horror stories about Realtors® only wanting commission and not caring about the people they're working with. Lee was the exact opposite. He worked extremely hard with us to find a house that he knew my fiance and I would be happy in for a long time to come. I would recommend Lee to everyone I know, and would I will certainly be contacting him when it's time to move again, hopefully in about 50 years or so.

We could not ask for a better Real Estate Agent. It was great to find a person that was not just looking to sell a house. She worked so hard to find us our home. Denise not only found the home for us but she found it before it was even listed on the market. We were the first person to see the house and we bought it that night. Without her, we definitely would not have the house we call a home today. she is amazing. We will never go any were else, Denise Zervos will always be our Real Estate Agent.

I have currently bought over 10 investment properties through Denise and her company as well as 2 personal residences. I will continue to use them in the future as they are very helpful and responsive to all my questions very quickly. I would recommend Platinum Real Estate if you are a Real Estate investor or just looking for your 1st home. I have had a couple of my close friends use them as well and they were very happy. Thanks again, Denise.

Mark and Denise were wonderful agents and helped us through a unique and difficult situation. We have a family of 8 and needed a very specific home with unique amenities. The Zervos' were great to work with, fun, and demonstrated superior knowledge about the market, neighborhoods, and homes that were right for my family. We are proud owners of a new home thanks to Mark and Denise. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Denise made the home buying process as easy as she could. As first-time buyers, we really needed a lot of help and guidance and she was patient and helpful every step of the way. She was always available by phone/email and really advocated for us.

Erin is a very motivated negotiator and a great communicator. She always finds a solution to any obstacle and she really works on our behalf. We’ve had a lot of success working with her and look forward to our continued relationship.

Lee did a phenomenal job communicating with us and the seller’s Realtor®. The two Realtors® worked very well together, and without them, we wouldn’t have our dream home that we love.

Brilliant all the way around.
